What it takes to be an Executive Manager in Store Operations
At ALDI, we do things differently. To be an Executive Manager in Store Operations you don’t need years of retail experience. You will need a passion for leading and developing people, an unwavering focus on results and a willingness to learn. We’ll teach you the business from the ground up. After a year of training, you’ll be responsible
for 3-5 multi-million dollar stores. You’ll work with your Store Managers to recruit, train and develop all store staff,
achieve targets and continually improve the quality and efficiency of your stores. It’s a fantastic opportunity to utilise the interpersonal skills, commercial awareness, and management abilities you’ve developed in previous roles and transfer them to a retail environment. The autonomy of the role allows me to set my own hours, providing flexibility to plan my time around store requirements and family commitments. I can effectively provide supervision and support to my teams without missing out on important family moments

*Includes superannuation. Remuneration increases are staggered from $130k to $175k over a 3 year service period
