As the face of ALDI, our Retail Assistants must remain friendly and polite especially when it’s the end of your shift or really busy. You’ll be on your feet for most of the day, racing from one task to another so it pays not only to be physically fit, but to really love to push yourself.  While you’re working a million miles an hour, cash handling accuracy is a must, therefore a good grasp of basic mathematics is essential. Finally, due to the nature of fluctuating shifts, our Retail Assistants also need to be flexible and available to work any five days out of the week.
