An exciting new opportunity for an eCommerce Coorindator has become available within the Corporate Buying eCommerce team, based in Minchinbury. This is a permanent full time role.

 

This newly created role will be focussed on the eCommerce channel for ALDI Australia, in particular, the Special Buys portfolio. The eCommerce Assistant will work collaboratively with the greater Buying department to manage projects and improve processes. 

 

What we are looking for:

We are looking for candidates with high level administration skills, plus experience in, or a passion for eCommerce. The successful candidate will demonstrate an eye for detail and strong communication abilities, ensuring the engagement and enrolment of key stakeholders. Candidates with prior experience in project management and online retail will be highly regarded.

 

Selection criteria:

  • 2+ years’ industry or eCommerce experience
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to adapt
  • Ability to manage high stress situations
  • Comprehensive administrative experience
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with various stakeholders
  • Project management experience
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft office suite
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills; both verbal and written
  • Ability to learn new programs and processes
  • High level of professionalism and dedication
  • Ability to take on responsibility and work autonomously

Role responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Ensure project milestones are tracked
  • Create and educate on new processes
  • Manage online product content and flow of information
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Brief and communicate with various business functions
  • Assist in problem solving and process issues
  • Maintain confidential partner and supplier records
  • Assist the eCommerce/Buying Director in administrative requirements

 

This role reports to the eCommerce Manager.
