An exciting new opportunity to join the eCommerce team has become available within the National Buying department of ALDI Stores, based in Minchinbury. This is a permanent full time role.


As an eCommerce Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative and project support to the eCommerce Manager (Operations and Fulfilment).  In this role you will manage the eCommerce operation in relation to stock movement and warehouse optimisation. This will involve liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.

With a passion for eCommerce, you will be an outcome driven individual with a keen eye for detail and an ability to meet competing deadlines. Candidates with prior experience in project management, warehouse management and online retail will be highly regarded.


Selection criteria:

  • 3+ years’ combined experience within relevant fields
  • Previous experience within a highly administrative role
  • Demonstrated experience in project coordination
  • Experience in warehouse, stock and/or supply chain management highly regarded
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to adapt
  • Ability to manage high stress situations
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with various stakeholders
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills; both verbal and written
  • Ability to learn new programs and processes
  • High level of professionalism and dedication
  • Ability to take on responsibility and work autonomously

Role responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the eCommerce Manager
  • Assist with stock management, coordination and monitoring
  • Coordinate multiple projects concurrently
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure project milestones are tracked
  • Generate and monitor supplier delivery and product availability reports
  • Assist with warehouse optimisation projects
  • Propose process improvement
  • Maintain confidential records


This role reports to the eCommerce Manager (Operations and Fulfilment).
