An exciting new opportunity to join the Customer Interaction (CI) team has become available within the National Buying department of ALDI Stores, based in Minchinbury. This is a permanent full time role.


As a Project Coordinator - Digital Capability you will assist in the activation of the CI component of ALDI’s global digital transformation project. The purpose of this role is to successfully prepare, deploy and maintain the digital CI technology portfolio, ensuring critical dates are met. This will ensure our CI solutions deliver a digital experience that grows with the ALDI brand into the future.

The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and must possess strong communication skills. With a solid understanding of marketing technology platforms and digital marketing, you will be an outcome driven individual with a keen eye for detail and demonstrate the ability to meet competing deadlines. You will be able to take on responsibility while working autonomously and collaboratively with local and global stakeholders at all levels.


Selection criteria:

  • 4+ years’ experience within digital marketing, creative and/or digital media
  • Tertiary qualifications within Marketing, IT or Business highly regarded
  • Previous experience in project coordination and/or digital transformation
  • Demonstrated experience with CMS and MarTech platforms
  • Proven knowledge of local and global digital marketing and marketing technology landscape
  • Experience using Adobe Marketing Cloud - Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Campaign , Adobe Launch, Adobe Target , Adobe DWB, Experience Manager
  • Experience with Confluence, Jira and other project management solutions
  • Experience with workflow management tools highly desirable     
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to develop relationships with stakeholders
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to adapt
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite

Role responsibilities:

  • Assist in the delivery of a series of marketing technology packages into the Australian business on time and following the globally agreed deployment approach
  • Utilise strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with national and international stakeholders
  • Assist in process planning, development and execution
  • Coordinate project resources
  • Implement new features and enhancements that are aligned to business objectives
  • Develop and deliver training programmes to on-board new software solutions, ensuring successful roll out
  • Manage the efficient and accurate flow of correspondence and information 


This role reports to the Customer Interaction National Business Coordinator (NBC).
