An exciting opportunity to join the Customer Service team has become available within the National Buying department of ALDI Stores, based in Minchinbury. This is a permanent full-time role.

 

As an Office Assistant (Reporting and Forecasting), you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Customer Service Manager and the broader team. In this role you will be accountable for tasks such as monitoring trends, analysing data, completing reports and forecasting.

 

What we are looking for:

The successful candidate will have administrative experience within a professional environment, with strong attention to detail and organisational skills. We are searching for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who demonstrates initiative and is able to manage conflicting priorities.  

 

Selection criteria:

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis and reporting essential  
  • Proven experience in forecasting highly desirable
  • Ability to build dashboards and complete business proposals highly regarded
  • Prior experience using Salesforce or other Call Centre CRM preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
  • Ability to design and deliver presentations
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy is essential
  • Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Motivated and enthusiastic attitude
  • Ability to learn new programs and processes
  • High level of professionalism and dedication
  • Ability to take initiative and work autonomously

Role responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Customer Service Manager and broader team
  • Conduct research and analyse data in order to identify trends and activities
  • Collate data and develop findings into reports 
  • Prepare and deliver forecast material based on data findings
  • Maintain and file team reports and documentation
  • Facilitate the building of data dashboards
  • Design and deliver presentations
  • Make recommendations and organise proposals 
  • Assist with and participate in new and ongoing projects
  • Liaise and build strong relationships with various internal and external stakeholders

This role reports to the Customer Service Manager.
