This is a permanent full time role. As a Personal Assistant you will be responsible for supporting the execution of ALDI’s global digital transformation project. The purpose of this role is to assist the Director with both project management, coordination and administrative tasks to ensure that business requirements are successfully delivered on time and within budget. What we are looking for: The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and must possess strong administrative skills. With an understanding of project management tools and methodologies, you will have demonstrated experience as a personal assistant along with the ability to meet competing deadlines. You will be able to work collaboratively with the broader team to ensure successful deployment of an international transformational project. Selection criteria: 3+ years’ experience within project coordination utilising agile/waterfall methodologies Demonstrated administrative and secretarial experience, including diary management Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Experience with Jira, Clarity and other project management solutions Tertiary qualifications within Project Management or Business Administration highly regarded Experience within the IT industry favourable Strong communication skills with the ability to develop relationships with stakeholders Ability to use initiative and proactively problem solve Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to adapt in high pressure situations What's in it for you?
