National IT Specialist - Country Deployment Team

Prior experience within the IT industry is a must as well as a high level of technical knowledge, especially with application support. You will be responsible for: 

• Project Management through coordination of tasks management of Gantt Charts and Dashboards monitoring project progress to key milestones
• Providing training of best practices to Deployment Teams
• Support Change Management and Communication activities
• Streamline operational processes within the organisation
• Managing/Handling international calls/queries outside of business hours
• Supporting the development, deployment and coordination of National IT initiatives
• Coordinating external and international IT consultants to ensure they are effectively utilised
• Actively manage area of responsibility by using initiative, suggesting ways of improving
  systems for greater efficiency
• Ensuring appropriate systems are in place to maintain data integrity and security

Selection Criteria:

• Systematic, innovative approach to IT
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of Business
• Engaging stakeholders from both a Business and IT background, demonstrating knowledge of the solution and managing ongoing communication throughout the project
• A thorough understanding of database systems and software
• Software testing experience
• Previous experience in project work and project coordination
