We a looking for an IT professional with a systematic, innovative approach to support our Customer Interaction (CI) teams. Prior experience within the IT industry is a must as well as a high level of technical knowledge, especially with support of digital or marketing applications. Our team work together in a fast paced environment so you'll need to be comfortable with change, and capable of adapting to any problem at any time.

You will be responsible for: 

  • Supporting our business users with web application support
  • Streamlining operational processes within the organisation
  • Gathering requirements and translating these into technical demands
  • Training business users on new features that are introduced with application updates
  • Supporting the development, deployment and coordination of National IT initiatives
  • Coordinating external and international IT consultants to ensure they are effectively utilised
  • Participating in various projects to deliver an enhanced customer experience
  • Actively managing your area of responsibility by using initiative, suggesting ways of improving systems for greater efficiency

Selection Criteria:

  • Systematic, innovative approach to IT
  • Attentive to detail
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Software testing experience
  • Great customer service and time management
  • Previous experience in project work and project coordination
  • Previous experience with supporting any digital or customer software applications
  • Project management and SAP or ADOBE experience would be highly regarded

*Includes superannuation and is dependent on ALDI experience.
