Market leading remuneration - $130,000 - $175,000* 5 weeks annual leave + access to Employee Wellness Program + onsite parking Comprehensive training program Ability to expand your skills and knowledge in the area of WHS Ability to influence and shape the development of a new role Increase your exposure to other departments in the business Problem solving of real business challenges You will be responsible for: The leadership and development of a team of Safety and Injury Management professionals Providing input into the design, planning and development of this new Safety and Services role Working collaboratively with the National Safety team to assist in the design, planning and development of the National Work Health Safety strategy Providing advice to internal parties on Work Health Safety & Injury Management matters, policies and procedures and any relevant internal or external technical advice to minimise work related hazards, incidents and accidents Supporting the implementation of all internal controls, policies, procedures and guidelines ensuring standardisation and consistency across the business Developing, maintaining and implementing Work Health Safety & Injury Management initiatives and programs consistent with the WHS strategy Providing reporting on performance, trends, costs, duration and other key performance indicators to the business Implementing the policy and procedures governing Injury Management and/or Work Health Safety and participate in audits and inspections to monitor compliance. To be successful in this role, you will need: A strong and demonstrated capacity for leadership Excellent verbal and written skills Thorough understanding of WHS and Injury Management policies, guidelines and processes The ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders through consultation, training and development Experience in developing and creating projects, policies and procedures Experience with overseeing projects from conception to implementation The ability to provide guidance on projects and managing ongoing business as usual support post-implementation * Inclusive of superannuation and dependant on experience.
