This role sits within a high performing Payroll team. To be successful in this role, you must have a positive attitude to teamwork and the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once in order to support the Payroll team with ad hoc and administrative tasks. Your approachable, motivated and professional manner will see you fit this results-driven team. This position is a fixed-term 6 month contract.

You will be responsible for:

  • Completing a range of administrative payroll related tasks including data entry, document management, and entering contract information.
  • Completing VEVO checks
  • Assisting the payroll team on a daily basis with ad hoc requests
  • Completing ad-hoc tasks as required

Selection Criteria:

  • Intermediate - advanced IT literacy
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Payroll experience preferred but is not essential
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Exceptional communication skills (oral and written)

    *Includes superannuation and is dependent on ALDI experience.
