We currently have an opportunity for a Project Manager in the National IT team.

This position will be challenging, with a high degree of responsibility and autonomy.  Working in a fast-paced environment, the successful candidate will have a diverse role and be in contact with multiple stakeholders.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing projects end to end scoping, requirements, development and implementation
  • Providing regular status reporting including issues and risk management
  • Coordinating all stakeholder tasks and their impact
  • Ensuring clear, regular and accurate project updates to key stakeholders
  • Ensure that all initiatives are in alignment with strategy and designed with customer experience front of mind
  • Overseeing a team who is responsible for supporting the IT requirements of the business
  • Lead new IT initiatives
  • Supporting IT processes
  • Travel may be required to the Regions around Australia from time to time
  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors for technology products/support

Selection Criteria:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline is highly regarded
  • 3 years+ experience in a management role
  • Psychometric testing
  • Relevant experience leading continuous improvement projects
  • Experience in Agile (Scrum) project management highly beneficial
  • Advanced experience working with Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated analytical, planning, organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Strong problem solving aptitude
  • Ability to liaise with vendors at all levels
  • A proven level of dedication and professionalism, high emotional intelligence, conflict management skills, and an ability to develop others

*Includes superannuation and is dependent on ALDI experience.
