Exciting opportunities are now available for IT Specialists within our National IT Department, based in Minchinbury. These opportunities include 12-month FTCs and permanent full-time positions.

As a Marketing Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the delivery and maintenance of new Marketing applications across the wider ALDI business. In this role you will support the end-users, facilitate application testing and work to execute project deliverables.

What we are looking for:

The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast paced, highly dynamic environment and possess strong technical and communication skills. You will be an outcome driven individual with a keen eye for detail and an ability to meet competing deadlines. Prior experience within the IT industry and/or supporting digital marketing applications.

Selection criteria:

  • Demonstrated experience with Marketing applications, particularly Adobe Experience Cloud and/or Workfront
  • Understanding of web analytics applications such as Google Analytics, PIWK
  • Previous experience in project management and/or project coordination
  • Experience troubleshooting and testing software
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to adapt particularly in high stress situations
  • Strong communication skills; both verbal and written
  • Ability to learn new processes
  • High level of professionalism and dedication
  • Ability to take on responsibility and work autonomously

Role responsibilities:

  • Partner with ALDI’s business users to gather requirements
  • Streamline processes to ensure efficient and effective application implementation
  • Support Marketing teams with technical maintenance and troubleshooting as required
  • Collaborate with international counterparts to deliver solutions
  • Resolve technical issues and provide recommendations accordingly
  • Train users on existing and new features that are introduced with application updates
  • Assist and coordinate various projects to deliver an enhanced user experience

*This role reports to the Executive Manager - IT.
