What we are looking for: 

To be eligible to apply you must have a minimum of 5 years business experience, and proven success in leadership roles. The role of a Logistics Manager - Warehouse comes with a high degree of responsibility and accountability, so you'll need to be able to utilise your developed skills in space management and process improvement whilst maintaining a strong focus on safety. These skills coupled with high levels of leadership, communication skills and professionalism will lead to your success.

You will be responsible for:

  • Running a large Warehouse team based at one of our Regional Distribution Centres
  • Coordinating and managing all aspects of your section including; recruitment, training, profit and loss responsibilities and ensuring legislative compliance
  • Coaching and developing a team to ensure employees reach their full potential
  • Managing resources effectively
  • Advocating and ensuring safety compliance in all aspects of our Warehouse operations

Selection Criteria:

  • Minimum 5 years of business experience, preferably in FMCG
  • Proven success in leadership roles
  • Effective communication skills
  • Previous experience and strong understanding of logistics/transport industry will be highly regarded
