An exciting opportunity for a Buying Projects Executive Manager has become available within our National Buying Team at ALDI Stores, based in Minchinbury. This is a permanent full-time position.
As a Buying Projects Executive Manager, you will be pivotal in providing project management expertise to assist in the delivery of a multi-facet Buying focused project. The successful candidate will use their exceptional stakeholder engagement skills to partner with the likes of Supply Chain, Merchandise and Buying Category teams.

Role responsibilities:
• Lead and manage end-to-end projects with frequent cross department collaboration
• Optimise project performance by applying project management frameworks to ensure financial and operational goals are achieved
• Develop business case models and implement change management initiatives to drive strategic and positive business outcomes
• Identify and analyse opportunities/threats to projects, while considering and addressing the impact to affected stakeholders
• Establish, develop, and maintain key stakeholder relationships across multiple departments and levels
• Provide relevant training as required
• Support the Buying Director with ad hoc projects and tasks as needed
Selection criteria:
• Demonstrated experience in project management, process development and execution, and change management
• Previous experience in Buying, Supply Chain, or Retail Operations desirable
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and high stress situations
• Expert problem-solving skills with the ability to ‘think outside the box’
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, along with excellent verbal and written communications
• Demonstrated self-motivator, with the ability to manage workloads
• Intermediate - Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite (PowerPoint and Excel)
This role reports to the Director - Buying.
