An exciting opportunity to join the Customer Service team has become available within the National Buying department of ALDI Stores, based in Minchinbury. This is a 24-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to be made permanent.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries, escalations and complaints
  • Provide solution-based outcomes with an emphasis on customer experience
  • Manage customer cases received to the customer service department
  • Conduct investigations regarding non-conformance claims
  • Maintain and file team reports and documentation
  • Assist with and participate in new and ongoing projects
  • Liaise and build strong relationships with various stakeholders

Selection Criteria:

  • Minimum 12 months experience in a customer service role
  • Demonstrated experience in eCommerce or online customer service highly regarded
  • Prior experience using Salesforce or other Call Centre CRM preferred
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office suite skills
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Motivated and enthusiastic attitude
  • High level of professionalism and dedication
  • Ability to take initiative and work autonomously with a focus on results for the customer


*This role reports to the Team Leader - Customer Service.
