An exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Assistant has become available in the Marketing team situated within the Corporate Buying department of ALDI Stores. This is a permanent full-time role based in Minchinbury, NSW.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a digital marketing professional with strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. This is a new role which will require someone who is highly organised to effectively implement and facilitate various digital projects to coincide with ALDI customer and Corporate Responsibility initiatives.


Selection criteria:

  • 2-4 years+ within a projects focused role, ideally within a digital marketing environment
  • High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to scope, plan and complete tasks both autonomously and collaboratively
  • Outstanding organisational skills with a process driven mindset
  • Ability to deliver high quality work within project deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Understanding of website and social content development
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office programs
  • Displayed creative capabilities: ‘gets’ ideas and can appraise creative work
  • A desire to learn and a positive attitude

Your responsibilities: 

  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of various digital projects
  • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to ensure business initiatives coincide with digital projects
  • Be across Corporate Responsibility initiatives to develop engaging digital content
  • Be involved in improving the ALDI customer journey through various customer related projects
  • Track project goals and identify risks in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager
  • Manage the efficient and accurate flow of correspondence and information


This role reports to the Digital Marketing Manager.
