Are you passionate about leadership?  Do you have a minimum of 5 years’ facilitation experience?  Are you able to travel interstate on a regular basis?  ALDI Australia is looking for an energetic, confident and engaging facilitator to deliver our bespoke leadership development program across the business.  This new and exciting role which will see you delivering workshops to business leaders of all levels, including senior management.  As a true facilitator you can build relationships quickly and embrace the challenges that come with the delivery of a new program.

As an ALDI Leadership Facilitator you will be based at the Minchinbury Corporate Office in NSW.  The role is being advertised as a permanent position however there is an option for an eight (8) month contract to cover the initial roll out of the program for the right person.  Please indicate your preference in your cover letter. Note that all benefits listed below are based on a permanent role and would be prorated for a contract role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate leadership development training for leaders across the business nationally
  • Successfully partner with business leaders to create the optimal learning environment for each course
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and act as a brand ambassador for the leadership program
  • Work with the Learning & Development team to determine appropriate learning structures and delivery methods for each program/learning event to maximise participant engagement and development
  • Prepare and develop relevant resources to accompany and support learning programs
  • Maintain strong professional standards of practice by engaging in relevant activities to remain current in adult education practices
  • Consolidate and analyse learner feedback to continuously improve program outcomes

To be a successful candidate:

  • You will have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Leadership Facilitator
  • You will have a current Australian drivers licence and own vehicle
  • You will be able to work autonomously and work within a close Learning & Development team
  • You will be available to travel nationally on a regular basis and understand that travel in integral part of the role
  • You will have highly developed organisational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • You will have excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and be proficient in Microsoft applications including Word and PowerPoint
  • You have a passion for facilitation and understand that this will be the primary focus of your role
  • You will have proven experience training a wide variety of subject matter and are able to help learners practically apply theories to their workplace

*Includes superannuation and is dependent on ALDI experience.
