Job Description

An opportunity to join the National Facilities Management team of ALDI Stores Australia has become available, based in Regency Park, SA.  This is a 12-month fixed term contract position.

In this role, you will contribute to the efficient operation of our Stores across the Regency Park region, through daily coordination of maintenance services. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to arrange high-quality and cost-effective services ensuring the upkeep of store standards.

What does the role involve?

  • Assist in end-to-end facilities maintenance tasks including reviewing and approving repairs and maintenance requests and quotes 
  • Proactively manage the performance of contractors against contracted obligations and KPIs
  • Manage Defect Liability Period and warranty information for stores
  • Use the Maintenance Platform (ServiceChannel) for work order management and prioritisation
  • Provide support to ALDI accounts to ensure invoicing is processed correctly
  • Assist the Executive Manager - Facilities in identifying regional and national trends to

further drive the business value of the department

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in a Facilities Maintenance role within FMCG or Retail preferred
  • Strong administration experience with proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Proven ability to work within a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to work autonomously and within a team
  • Previous experience in a supervising role, clarifying instructions and priorities to stakeholders advantageous

Remuneration

  • Transparent tiered salary range of $88,900 - $98,800 including Superannuation.
