Bailey joined the business in 2019 as a Store Assistant working part time on the NSW North Coast. Working together with his leader, he decided that he wanted a career with ALDI and worked his way up through the ranks to become a Relieving Shift Manager and then a Duty Store Manager in 2021. In 2022, Bailey was promoted to Assistant Store Manager before completing his Store leadership bingo card and becoming a Store Manager in 2023. Find out more about Bailey's journey.
Aiyana joined ALDI as an Accountant in the National Team in 2014, working her way up to be promoted to Manager of the team in 2016. In 2019, Aiyana took an opportunity to move to Europe and work with our International Finance Team for 3 months before returning home and continuing her work with the National Team. In 2020, Aiyana was promoted to Director in the Finance Team where she continues to lead multiple teams across different finance streams.

It's a great way to get a deeper understanding of our business and clear understanding of what would be expected from you as a leader. Team members who successfully complete the program become the pool of talent to be considered for promotion.
