Job Description

Are you a self-starter, ready to kick start your leadership journey with ALDI? A Duty Store Manager is a great first step to build on your knowledge and skills!

Location & Hours:  

  • Location: Endeavour Hills
  • 35 hours per week Contract

Salary:   Enjoy a fantastic hourly rate of $31.46 + shift allowances

What we need from you?

Knowledge

  • Successful completion of the RSM Pathway preferred

Skills

  • Maintains the highest standard of compliance, safety and cleanliness
  • Handles cash with the utmost care and aims to achieve 100% till accuracy at all times
  • Efficiently merchandises stock, ensuring correct rotation to minimise loss
  • Ensures all controls, policies, procedures and guidelines are followed
  • Accurately checks off store deliveries where required
  • Proactively identifies and reports incidents, hazards and near misses
  • Proactively identifies and recommends improvements to safety and security procedures
  • Ability to provide verbal feedback in the form of praise and constructive criticism
