As a part of our collaborative HR team, you'll play a key role in supporting various strategic projects, programs, and initiatives that span across the entire employee lifecycle. 

You could work in the HR Projects team, where you'll take a leading role in the planning and execution of various HR strategies or, you could find your home in Learning & Development, creating impactful programs that shape the skills and careers of ALDI's dedicated workforce. Alternatively, you might thrive in Recruitment, where you'll play a critical part in attracting and selecting talent that drives our success or in Inclusion & Diversity where you'll work to make ALDI a great place to work for everyone.

Payroll

The Payroll team is integral to ensuring the accurate and timely payment of employee salaries and benefits. At ALDI, we understand the importance of every single one of our employees, and the role you'll play in their experience is a vital one. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with labour laws, managing superannuation, and overseeing all employee-related financial transactions. 

Beyond simply managing transactions, this team puts you at the heart of our most valuable asset - our people. Ensuring our team members are rewarded for their dedication and commitment on time, every time, is a task of great importance and one which we trust you'll handle with care and precision.

Work, Health & Safety

Our Workplace Safety and Health team does more than just abide by rules and regulations; we create them, prioritising the well-being of our employees above all else. Responsibilities range from developing and implementing health and safety policies to identifying and mitigating potential risks, ensuring that our workers operate in a safe, healthy environment each and every day.
