Life in the Warehouse

Our warehouses are busy places where everyone works together to receive products in from our suppliers, store the products, check their quality, pick products for our stores and then load them on the trucks for delivery. No matter whether you work in the main warehouse, the chiller, the freezer, produce, specials or even the chocolate room (yes that's a thing), your aim is to ensure the right stock gets to the right store. Hear from some of our warehouse team members on what it is like to work in the warehouse.

You want to work for ALDI? Excellent! To search and apply for our vacant roles, please visit the jobs tab found at the top of this site. Once you have found a role you are interested in applying for, click 'apply' and follow the prompts. You will be asked to create a Smartr account, which is our online application portal and will allow you to complete your application as well as track the status of your application. How cool!

Due to the large volume of applications we receive, you will need to apply through our ALDI careers website. This helps us make sure that your application gets to where it needs to go without getting lost! Unfortunately, if you have sent through your resume via email, we will not be able to accept it. If you are having trouble applying on the website, please reach out to us via the contact us form so we can assist.

After you have created a Smartr account (our online application portal) and submitted your application, one of our Recruiters will review your application and advise you of any next steps or the outcome via email or phone in the following days.

Oh no - not to worry! You can find this by logging into the candidate portal using the link at the bottom of this page. Once in the portal, scroll down to the bottom of the page to see your upcoming event details.

You got to the interview stage - that's great! If you are unable to attend your phone, group or one-on-one interview at the specified time, please reply to your email invitation. If additional timeslots are available or further interviews are taking place, the Recruiter will contact you directly to reschedule.

If you are unsuccessful at any stage, we will always let you know. Although we would love to provide individual feedback on every application, due to the large volume of applications we receive unfortunately this is not possible. If you have attended an interview, your recruiter may provide more detailed feedback on why you have been unsuccessful.
