FAQs

If you are applying for a Transport Operator role, you will be required to have a minimum heavy vehicle licence class of Heavy Combination (HC). Unfortunately, we are unable to accept HR or MR licences.

You will need to provide your resume, driving record and licence.

To search and apply for our vacant roles, please visit the 'Jobs' tab found at the top of this site Once you have found a role you are interested in applying for, click 'apply' and follow the prompts. You will be asked to create a Smartr account, which is our online application portal and will allow you to complete your application as well as track the status of your application. How cool!

If you are applying for a transport operator role, you can email your application (resume, driving record, and licence) to recruitment@aldi.com.au.

Oh no - not to worry! You can find this by logging into the candidate portal using the link at the bottom of this page. Once in the portal, scroll down to the bottom of the page to see your upcoming event details.

You got to the interview stage - that's great! If you are unable to attend your phone, group or one-on-one interview at the specified time, please reply to your email invitation. If additional timeslots are available or further interviews are taking place, the Recruiter will contact you directly to reschedule?

If you are unsuccessful at any stage, we will always let you know. Although we would love to provide individual feedback on every application, due to the large volume of applications we receive unfortunately this is not possible. If you have attended an interview, your recruiter may provide more detailed feedback on why you have been unsuccessful.

We're sad to see you withdraw, but in the case a position is no longer for you, you can withdraw your application, but keep your profile and details on file by using the following steps:

  1. Log into online application portal using this link.
  2. Click on the application you would like to withdraw and scroll down to the bottom of the page.
  3. Next click 'View options' next to the 'No longer interested in being considered?' text.
  4. Select the drop-down box and choose 'Withdraw this application' OR 'Withdraw all applications at ALDI'.
  5. Read through and tick both acknowledgements.
  6. Depending on what option is selected in Step 4, you will see either 'Yes, I would like to withdraw my application', OR 'Yes, I would like to withdraw all my applications'.
  7. After clicking the confirmation button, your selected application/s will be removed from our system.
If you change your mind and would like to reapply, please email our recruitment inbox (recruitment@aldi.com.au).

If you'd like to remove your profile altogether, follow the bellow steps:

  1. Log into the online application portal using this link.
  2. Click on one of your applications and scroll down to the bottom of the page.
  3. Next click 'View options' next to the 'No longer interested in being considered?' text.
  4. Select the drop-down box and choose 'Delete profile at ALDI'.
  5. Read through and tick all 3 acknowledgements.
  6. Finally, click 'Yes, I would like to delete my profile'.
This will remove not only your account, but also your past and current applications. As this process cannot be undone, you'll need to create a new account in the event you reapply for any roles at ALDI.

All candidates must have full working rights to apply for a role at ALDI.

We do not currently offer a work experience program.
