The Recruitment Process
Step 1
Application
Search the diverse range of jobs on our ALDI careers website. See something you like? Submit your application online.
Step 2
Phone/Video interview
A recruiter will review your application and resume and if your application is successful your recruiter will invite you to either a phone or video interview. You'll be asked a few questions to determine your suitability for the role.
Step 3
Interview with Hiring Manager
If you're successful you'll be invited to a group or one-on-one interview with a Hiring Manager. At this stage, depending on the role, you may be invited to complete a skills or behavioural assessment.
In your interview don't forget to wow us with your work ethic, drive and passion to work at ALDI.
Step 4
Interview Outcome
We know that waiting for an outcome is a bit nerve wracking. That's why you'll hear back from us with an outcome of your interview, as soon as possible, whether you are successful or not.
If you are successful, the Recruiter will be in touch to organise next steps.
If successful at this stage you'll receive an offer.
Step 5
Offer
Well done on receiving an offer. At this stage you will need to login to the candidate portal and complete the onboarding requirements. This will include filling out some forms and uploading documents.
Step 6
Getting ready for your first day!
Congratulations on successfully getting a role at ALDI.
Your Manager will contact you directly to provide you details about your first day on the job. You'll also receive some emails from us to help you prepare for your first day.
