Job Description

Join our newly formed Business Partner Enablement Team (BPET) team which is critical in maintaining business partner compliance. Grow your career by supporting the wider team with administrative tasks and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) onboarding. This is a 12-month fixed term contract, based in Minchinbury.

What does the role look like? 

  • Develop and maintain relevant documentation to streamline processes
  • Assist with and participate in new and ongoing projects
  • Liaise and build strong relationships with various stakeholders internally and externally
  • Create and maintain datasets to ensure efficient workflow to all ALDI stakeholders
  • Assist in co-ordinating meeting and event planning
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider team and assist with ongoing projects as required

Qualifications

What do we need from you?

  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative role
  • Previous Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) experience is preferred
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy with a focus on data quality
  • Intermediate MS Office Suite skills, particularly in Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with SAP, Ariba and/or Salesforce, highly regarded

    This role reports to the Executive Manager - Buying Administration.
