Job Description

Grow your career with a global retailer as an Analyst within our Buying team at ALDI Australia, based in Minchinbury. This is a full-time permanent position.

In this pivotal role, you will join a team that is at the heart of what makes ALDI unique: our products. As part of the Buying team, you will be involved in the journey of our products, from conception to our store shelves.

What does the role look like? 

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to support project deliverables 
  • Utilise various data sources to provide analysis and insight used for strategic decision making
  • Assist in the development of project resources & documentation
  • Maintain logs and records to ensure accurate and successful project workflow
  • Present recommendations and measured outcomes to stakeholders
  • Assist in the facilitation of workshops and supplier engagements
  • Support the implementation of change management initiatives for strategic optimisation outcomes
  • Manage project information and knowledge through MS Office suite

Qualifications

What do we need from you?

  • Minimum 3+ years’ consultancy experience or similar
  • Experience in the Retail industry highly regarded
  • Demonstrated experience in project management
  • Collaborative problem-solver, with excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience in research and analysis for strategic use
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence variety of stakeholders
  • High level of commercial acumen
