About the Role

Are you a self-starter, ready to kick start your leadership journey with ALDI? An Assistant Section Leader is a great first step! Assist in leading a hardworking, passionate team in this exciting role.

Location & Hours:

  • Location: Dandenong - Transport PM
  • 35 or 40 hours per week contract
  • 1pm or 6pm start time

Salary:

  • Enjoy a fantastic hourly rate of $45.73* + penalties.

What we need from you?

Knowledge

  • Completed Logistics Future Leaders Program preferred or equivalent
  • Successful completion of the relevant Section Specific Pathway or equivalent
  • Previous Transport experience

Skills

  • Minimises stock losses, understand and investigate inventory movements
  • Maintains the highest standard of safety and cleanliness
  • Reports incidents, hazard, and near misses
  • Proactively identifies improvements and areas of opportunity
  • Ensures compliance with legislative and ALDI policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Accurately completes work in an efficient and timely manner
  • Manages resources effectively, meeting demanding goals without compromising quality
  • Provides verbal feedback in the form of praise and constructive criticism
  • Acts as a subject matter expert within the team
