About the Role

Looking to be an Assistant Store Manager at ALDI but can't seem to find an open position near you?

We're keen to hear from experienced Assistant Store Managers across Victoria who would like to join our Talent Community and be considered for future opportunities at ALDI. In Victoria, our Dandenong Region stretches from Wonthaggi to Lakes Entrance and everything in between. Our Derrimut Region stretches from Portland to Swan Hill to Wodonga!

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will train and coach team members to develop future leaders, uphold safety and cleanliness standards, manage inventory, minimise losses, operate registers, and merchandise our special buys. You’ll also identify improvement opportunities to enhance operations and manage the store in the Store Manager’s absence to ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers.
