An exciting opportunity for a Commercial Manager (Brand) has become available in the Commercial department of ALDI Stores, based in Minchinbury. This is a permanent full-time role.
As a Commercial Manager (Brand), you will be responsible for supporting and executing strategies to build and maintain ALDI’s portfolio of national and global brands.
What does the role look like?
- Manage and co-ordinate the design to print process for own label packaging, driving consistency, value and speed to market within the process.
- Implement national and global brand strategies that align with the company’s goals whilst building strong brand equity.
- Utilise market insights to understand customer behaviours, market trends and the competitive landscape to inform branding decisions.
- Work collaboratively with ALDIs strategic Design Agencies through the end-to-end design to print process, coordinating and managing projects within defined KPIs.
- Maintain and enhance own brand visual identity including all brand assets and guidelines.
- Lead and develop a small team of Brand Assistants to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to drive key brand management objectives.

What are we looking for?
- A creative mindset to support the ongoing development of brand strategy execution
- Proven experience in end-to-end project management, process development and execution with proficiency in utilising Adobe Creative Suite
- Previous experience in Brand Management or a related field will be highly regarded

Remuneration
- Transparent tiered salary range of $159, 000 - $208, 000 including Superannuation.
