About the Role

Leverage your expertise to lead our dedicated team of Accountants as an Executive Manager - Financial Reporting & Treasury within our National Finance & Administration department of ALDI stores. Based in Minchinbury, this is a 2-year contract position.

As the Executive Manager, you will possess a strong, in-depth working knowledge of accounting principles and legislation while supporting the continuous development of your team. A key aspect of this role will see you responsible for the month end close process, liaising with the wider National Finance & Administration team as well as stakeholders at varying levels of seniority in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

What does the role involve?

  • Provide leadership and contribute to the professional development of a team of accounting professionals.
  • Management of the month end close and consolidation process within SAP.
  • Preparation of Management reports for distribution and ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required.
  • Country lead for external audit and statutory reporting.
  • Management of treasury administration, including liquidity planning and FX hedging.  
  • Monitor accounting and legislative changes impacting the Company and ensure compliance in areas relating to accounting standards.

Qualifications

  • CA/CPA accreditation or equivalent from other countries.

Remuneration

  • Transparent tiered salary range of $152,000 - $202,000 including Superannuation.
