Grow your career with a global retailer as an Executive Manager - Human Resources at ALDI Australia, based in Minchinbury. This role is a fixed term opportunity up until the 31st of December 2027.
This role provides an opportunity to be a part of a broad HR team that includes inclusion & diversity, recruitment, learning & development and HR projects and support. As a part of our collaborative HR team, you'll play a key role in supporting various strategic projects, programs, and tasks that span across the entire employee lifecycle.

What does the role look like?
- Contribute to developing and delivering on the HR departments strategy and objectives, ensuring business outcomes are achieved.
- Lead a wide range of HR projects (learning, talent, performance etc) from analysis to implementation and evaluation, ensuring timely delivery and business impact.
- Develop project plans, allocate resources and monitor progress against established timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all projects meet the requirements of the business.
- Provide expert advice to business areas on the best way to approach learning and development in line with ALDI training frameworks.
- Facilitate a broad range of training, both virtually and face-to-face, including ALDI’s bespoke global leadership training program for leaders at all levels, frontline to senior leaders.
- Implement effective change management strategies to support project success.
- Share knowledge with and learn from other ALDI countries, with an opportunity to make a global impact.
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience leading, motivating and engaging human resources teams to achieve business outcomes.
- Broad human resources experience including learning and development, talent, succession and performance management in a mid to large organisation.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects, demonstrating strong project management and collaboration with stakeholders to understand business needs.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to facilitate training programs to a range of learners, both in person and virtually.
- Strong business acumen to align HR initiatives with organisation goals and priorities with the ability to “get things done” and deliver tangible business outcomes.
- Experience leading change, looking for improvements and effectively supporting team members and stakeholders to implement change.

Remuneration
- Transparent tiered salary range of $159, 000 - $208, 800 including Superannuation.
