Overview of role
An exciting opportunity to join the Marketing Team has become available within the National Buying department of ALDI Stores, based in Minchinbury. This is a permanent full time opportunity.
As an Executive Manager (Customer Insights and Strategy), you will be responsible in supporting the success of ALDI marketing and business strategies through the use of data, to drive strategic decision making.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage ALDI’s market research, analytics and insights program
- Act as the central ‘knowledge hub’ for all market research and customer insights within ALDI to support strategic decision making
- Coordinate consumer focused quantitative and qualitative research projects
- Recommend and drive strategic improvements to the ALDI business
- Deliver and present consistent, accurate and timely reports to the business
- Encourage stakeholder awareness/engagement regarding customer-centric decision making

Remuneration
- Transparent tiered salary range of $152,400 - $202,000 including Superannuation.
