Job Description
A high impact opportunity for a dynamic leader has become available within ALDI stores, based in Minchinbury, NSW. This is an 18-month fixed term contract.
As an Executive Manager - Internal Communications, you will be at the centre of our story, translating our business priorities, initiatives, and changes into meaningful narratives for our internal audience. You will manage ALDI’s internal communication channels while providing internal departments and senior leadership with recommendations on industry best practice.

What does the role look like?
- Strategically manage ALDI Australia’s internal communication strategy
- Maintain and strengthen a number of communications channels including an employee app, executive briefings, conferences and events
- Connect an geographically dispersed operational workforce to the wider business, not connected to email
- Consult with stakeholders and make recommendations for effective internal communication
- Implement processes and drive decisions in order to successfully relay business initiatives
- Provide professional communication counsel to senior leaders
- Lead and professionally develop a dedicated team of 5
Qualifications
What do we need from you?
- Proven track record delivering internal communications in a complex structure and leading an team
- Demonstrated experience developing strategies and leading internal communication focused activities and campaigns across multiple channels
- Proven ability to liaise and consult with stakeholders at all levels
- Team oriented with excellent interpersonal skills whilst maintaining a collaborative approach
- Commercially astute, curious, and creative
