As an ALDI Executive Manager Store Operations (AHEAD Projects), you will be the driving force behind rolling out AHEAD to all stores nationally, shaping the future of retail and inspiring excellence in every facet of your role. Your leadership will touch the lives of both employees and customers, setting new standards for operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role is a permanent full-time role, based in the Minchinbury region.
Working with the deployment team to rollout the global IT transformation project called AHEAD to all stores in Australia
Problem solving issues within SAP S/4 HANNA, and making recommendations on process and application improvements
Managing relationships with multiple stakeholders across departments in Australia, as well as globally in other ALDI countries
Overseeing the operational and financial performance of projects, ensuring targets are met, and strategies are implemented effectively.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams, ideally in a customer facing environment.
- Proficient in project management principles
- Strong stakeholder and inter-department relationship management
- A proactive seeker of feedback who fosters personal and team growth through reflection and continuous improvement.
- A clear, impactful communicator who informs, inspires, motivates and influences others to drive team success.
- An inclusive collaborator who actively consults, resolves conflict as it arises and appreciates alternative perspectives and opinions.

- A person with a bachelor’s or master’s degree (any discipline) and relevant experience in a similar role

Remuneration
- Transparent tiered salary range of $143,400 - $193,000 including Superannuation.
