About the Role

A high impact opportunity as a Executive Manager - Supply Chain has become available within the National Supply Chain department of ALDI Stores, based in Minchinbury. This is a full-time permanent position. 

As an Executive Manager, you will be leading a team responsible for Supply Planning within our temperature-controlled products. Supply Planning engage in proactive activities with our suppliers to drive their performance.

You will drive a major project focused on processes and improvement initiatives to deliver proactive planning outcomes during key seasonal and operational cycles. You will be a resilient and a solutions-focused self-starter who exhibits initiative with an ability to build rapport with internal, international and external stakeholders.

What does the role look like?

  • Lead and mentor a team of 5 Specialists to optimise ALDI’s Supplier Performance.
  • Lead and manage projects end-to-end with frequent cross department collaboration and other ALDI Countries to share best practices.
  • Optimise project performance by applying project management frameworks to ensure financial and DIFOT operational goals are achieved.
  • Implement and manage operational processes, critical path, administration, and improvement initiatives.
  • Find meaningful patterns, trends, and relationships amongst large amounts of data and convert them into actionable supply planning decisions.
  • Work seamlessly with the Buying Department, Operational Replenishment team and the Forecasting team, to leverage the Forecast Insights, assist supplier production planning and replenishment decisions.
     

What do we need from you

  • Experience leading a strategic team focused on data-driven decision making, particularly in Supply Chain and/or FMCG is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, process development and execution, and change management.
  • A proactive seeker of feedback who fosters personal and team growth through reflection and continuous improvement.
  • A clear, impactful communicator who informs, inspires, motivates and influences others to drive team success.

Remuneration

  • Transparent tiered salary range of $159,000 - $208,800 including Superannuation.
