About the Role

Leverage your commercial expertise as a Facilities System Coordinator within our National Real Estate team at ALDI Australia, based in Minchinbury. This is a permanent full-time position. 

As an Facilities System Coordinator you will play an integral part for the efficient end-to-end management of our newly implemented Facilities Management System, ServiceChannel. Driving improvements through accurate data analysis and enhance business processes to ensure high-quality services across the business.

  • Serve as a key point of contact to provide system usage support on ServiceChannel.
  • Develop processes, tools and reporting, ensuring data integrity of all systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure system setup aligns with ALDI's needs.
  • Input, update, and maintain accurate facility data within the system.
  • Design and develop training materials to support users in the efficient operation of Systems during project implementation and ongoing updates to maintain a consistent approach.
  • Support National Real Estate Projects and apply project administration skills to manage timelines, priorities, milestones, issues and risks.

What do we need from you

  • Facilities Industry experience will be highly regarded.
  • Previous experience working with SAP S/4 Hana and Facilities Management Systems.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to collate and convert data into meaningful insights. 
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with internal teams, and convey ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Motivated self-starter with a strong business acumen and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Remuneration

  • Transparent tiered salary range of $93,000 - $104,000 including Superannuation
