About the Role

Interested in taking the next step in your career with a leading global retailer? Our National Human Resources (HR) Projects team has an impactful and exciting opportunity available to join the team as a HR Projects Coordinator, based at our head office in Minchinbury, NSW. This is a permanent full-time position.  

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating a range of projects across our HR space. You will collaborate with various key stakeholders across the business and externally to develop projects from conception to delivery, enhancing the employee experience and our HR processes.  

What does the role look like?

  • Assist in the design, development and implementation of projects aligned to the HR strategy, across topics ranging from EVP, performance and development frameworks and career progression programs
  • Support the Executive Manager - HR Projects with the engagement and influence of key internal and external stakeholders to agree on program deliverables, timelines, and implementation methods across a variety of HR topics
  • Draft and update HR policies, processes, submissions, and business communication
  • Support the development of HR analytics to highlight trends and demonstrate the performance of initiatives
  • Be a key member of the HR team assisting in daily tasks such as responding to enquiries f from the wider business
  • Assist with the management of the HRIS, LMS and Performance Management systems

What do we need from you

  • Demonstrated experience managing/coordinating HR Projects end to end 
  • Experience in implementing newly developed HR initiatives across a range of HR topics preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing requirement and needs
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
