Grow your career with a global retailer as an IT Analyst within our National IT team at ALDI Australia, based in Minchinbury. This is a fixed term contract position until March 2025.
Our IT Country Deployment Management Office (CDMO) are responsible for leading ALDI’s digital transformation. As part of this large international project, you will liaise with stakeholders across the National and Regional departments operating out of Australia while building strong relationships with peers in Europe, the UK, and US.

What does the role look like?
- Drive efficiency through continuous improvement in configuration and master data management
- Provide support to other SAP work streams that are impacted by Transportation Management business processes
- Establish and support best practices for SAP Transportation Management business processes in SAP S4
- Collaborate and foster strong relationships with relevant stakeholders to understand evolving requirements
- Identifying and escalating any issues & risks, managing mitigations and drive resolution
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to plan and execute technical change in accordance with set standards, demands and practices
- Provide training on business processes to internal stakeholders
- This role involves travel as it is required by the project deliverables
What do we need from you?
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a dedicated SAP role, investigating and resolving SAP production problems in a technical business environment.
- Solid experience in Master Data Management - notably Transportation Management in SAP with specific focus on TM Inbound and Outbound processes.
- Hands-on SAP system configuration knowledge in respective areas of Sales and Distribution module for supporting various order to cash process needs.
- A general knowledge and experience of SAP S/4 Hana, especially MM, SD, F&R, ABAP, SAP Basis, integration, workflow, FIORI and RFC.
- Capable of debugging SAP programs to help find the root cause and resolution to various issues.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical audiences
- Able to work flexibly and comfortable attending MS teams video calls outside of standard business hours with our international business (US, UK, Austria, and Germany)
- Willingness to travel interstate as required
