Job Description

Grow your career with a global retailer as an IT Analyst within our National IT team at ALDI Australia, based in Minchinbury. This is a fixed-term contract position until March 2025.

Our Country Deployment Management Office (CDMO) are responsible for leading ALDI’s digital transformation. Working on a large international project, you will liaise with stakeholders across the National and Regional departments operating out of Australia while building strong relationships with peers in Europe, the UK, and US. You will ensure all relevant teams follow the agreed deployment approach, achieve the key project milestones, and adhere to project timelines specific to Manhattan Warehouse Management System.

What does the role look like? 

  • Contribute to the delivery, support and improvement of Manhattan Warehouse Management for Open Systems (WMOS) to various national sites
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the implementation and deployment process
  • Collaborate and foster strong relationships with relevant stakeholders to understand evolving project requirements
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to plan and execute technical change in accordance with set standards, demands and practices
  • Provide assurance reviews as required over deployment to ensure all relevant development and communication requirements have been met
  • Provide training on business processes to internal stakeholders

Qualifications

What do we need from you?

  • Demonstrated experience as an IT Consultant or Management Consultant using Manhattan Warehouse Management for Open Systems (WMOS) and Manhattan Supplier Enablement Appointment Scheduling (SE/AS)
  • Proven experience in project management, reporting and tracking. Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence and/or MS Project highly regarded
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven demonstration of accuracy in work and attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving ability
  • Great time management skills and ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks whilst under pressure
  • Able to work flexibly and comfortable attending MS teams video calls outside of standard business hours with our international business (US, UK, Austria, and Germany)
  • Willingness to travel interstate as required
