The National IT team is working on an exciting global transformation project and are looking for a Project Specialist to join our deployment team. This is a fixed term contract position up to March 2025 (full-time or part-time applicants are welcome).

What does the role look like?
- Support the cross-department coordination and management of Cutover, Project Management and Stabilisation activities for the rollout of our global transformation project into all Australian regions
- Tracking and monitoring of Cutover Plan, Project Plan and Incidents across the Australian deployment teams
- Advising local teams on best practices, processes and standards for these activities as provided by the Central Deployment Team based in Germany
- Ensuring aligned Status Reporting across all involved Teams
- Meeting preparation, facilitation and follow ups
- Support creating Senior Leadership Presentations
- Close collaboration and alignment across multiple stakeholders and hierarchy levels in Australia as well as our global Counterparts
What do we need from you?
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project
- Experienced using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence and MS Project
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the business
- Excellent stakeholder management skills; engaging stakeholders from both Business and IT backgrounds
- Proven demonstration of accuracy in work and attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Great time management skills and ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks whilst under pressure
- Able to attend MS teams video calls outside of standard business hours with our international business (Germany)
