An exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development (L&D) Assistant has become available within our Human Resources team of ALDI stores, based in Minchinbury. This is a permanent part-time position (3-days per week).
This role is the perfect opportunity for a strong administrator to flex their organisation and multitasking skills in a high-performing and passionate team.
What does the role look like?
- Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders including L&D vendors, to support overall program delivery
- Administration of existing L&D programs, both online and face-to-face
- Development of internal process management
- Project and administrative support for newly developed L&D programs and processes
- Build and editing audiences, tasks, and quizzes in the learning management system (LMS)
- Facilitate and maintain LMS back-end processes and troubleshooting for internal stakeholders
- Assist with LMS reporting and distribution
- Demonstrated experience in a Learning & Development (or similar) role
- Comprehensive administrative experience
- Experience in LMS programs such as Totara or Moodle highly regarded
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Excellent attention to detail and comprehension skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance conflicting priorities
- Intermediate MS Office suite, particularly Excel
- Be available to work Mondays

Remuneration
- Transparent tiered salary range of $93,600 - $104,000 including super (pro-rated)
