Job Description

As a Logistics Manager - Warehouse Operations you will be at the forefront of our supply chain operations, overseeing the efficient and effective functioning of our warehouse facility. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the high standards of safety, quality and productivity that Aldi is known for. You'll lead a dedicated team ensuring smooth operations, inventory accuracy, and timely deliveries to our customers. This is a permanent full-time opportunity, based in Derrimut.

What does the role involve?

  • Leading, mentoring, and empowering diverse Warehouse teams, steering their recruitment, development, training, performance evaluation, leave management and scheduling.
  • Overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, from inventory management to dispatching and receiving goods.
  • Strategically planning and managing logistics, warehouse, and transportation.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of compliance, safety, and cleanliness to create an environment that celebrates and nurtures excellence.
