What does the role involve?

Join a highly impactful team as a Market Research Analyst within our Marketing Insights team at ALDI Stores. This is a permanent full-time opportunity, based in Minchinbury.

We're looking for a dynamic individual with a strong background in market research and analytics. You'll be at the heart of our market research operations, connecting with agencies and our marketing team. You'll be the champion of customer intelligence, using data to bring the consumer's voice to life and shape our strategic decisions. Join us to make a real impact with your analytical expertise!

What does the role look like? 

  • Become a key member of the team that supports ALDI’s market research and analytics program.
  • Work with Strategy and Insights manager to conduct preliminary market research, data analysis and the supply of insight to the overall business.
  • Act as the central ‘knowledge hub’ for all market research, and advocate for the customer voice in strategic decision making.
  • Plan and recommend market research methodologies in consultation with the manager.
  • Coordinate, prepare and ensure timely delivery and accuracy of research projects, materials and reporting.
  • Manage the efficient and accurate flow of correspondence and information with external and internal parties ensuring an ongoing understanding of current issues.
