About the Role

A new opportunity for an Office Assistant has become available within the Specials Planning Team, National Buying of ALDI stores, based in Minchinbury. This is a permanent position.

As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and project support to the Specials Planning team. Your primary responsibilities will be to coordinate product links and changes to Promotions in SAP through data entry, reporting and general administration. 

  • Manage internal databases and systems through accurate data entry and maintenance
  • Support the Specials Team with administrative and project support
  • Manage planning queries and communications on behalf of the Specials Team
  • Draft, submit and maintain relevant documentation
  • Generate relevant reports as required
  • Create and manage templates/schedules
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

What do we need from you

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Proficient Microsoft Office suite skills, particularly in Excel and Power Point
  • Internal ALDI experience is highly regarded
  • Proven experience liaising with stakeholders essential
  • Prior experience using SAP highly regarded
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to engage and collaborate with various stakeholders
