About the Role

Play an integral role to maintaining and improving efficiency of the ALDI National Real Estate Department. The is a rewarding role with a high degree of responsibility and autonomy, managing multiple stakeholders, and working in collaborative team environment.  This is a 12-month fixed term contract, based in Minchinbury.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Provide an exceptional administrative and secretarial support to two Directors.
  • Manage Director’s diary, emails, coordinate travel requirements, schedule meetings and prepare agendas.
  • Support the Directors in the preparation, interpretation, analysis of reports and various department related documentation.
  • Assist in the creation/preparation, distribution of correspondence and presentations.
  • Design, develop, implement, and modify systems to improve processes.
  • Maintain an overview of the Directors portfolio of work, provide input and be involved in daily decisions.

What do we need from you

  • Previous experience in providing secretarial support including diary and travel management.
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to work under pressure across multiple projects.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work towards strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Displaying high degree of professionalism while maintaining an collaborative approach.
  • Demonstrated initiative and self-motivation to work autonomously as well as support the wider procurement team.
  • Able to differentiate and prioritise between competing demands while considering the larger picture.
