Play an integral role to maintaining and improving efficiency of the ALDI National Real Estate Department. The is a rewarding role with a high degree of responsibility and autonomy and working in collaborative team environment. This is a full-time Permanent opportunity, based in Minchinbury.

Key responsibilities:
- Provide an exceptional administrative and secretarial support for two Directors.
- Manage Director’s diary, emails, coordinate travel requirements, schedule meetings and prepare agendas.
- Support the Directors in the preparation, interpretation, analysis of reports and various department related documentation.
- Be involved significantly in department related projects and committees, consulting with stakeholders on actions plans and drafting submissions.
- Design, develop, implement, and modify systems to improve processes.
- Maintain an overview of the Directors portfolio of work, provide input and be involved in daily decisions.
- Previous experience in providing secretarial support including diary and travel management.
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to work under pressure across multiple projects.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work towards strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Displaying high degree of professionalism while maintaining an collaborative approach.
- Demonstrated initiative and self-motivation to work autonomously as well as support the wider procurement team.
- Able to differentiate and prioritise between competing demands while considering the larger picture.
