About the Role

An exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant has become available within our Store Operations department at ALDI stores, based in Regency Park, SA. This is a Permanent Part time position.

As a Personal Assistant, you will provide exceptional administrative and operational support to the Director and wider Store Operations team to ensure the efficient flow of correspondence and information between various stakeholders. You will enjoy a high level of autonomy and problem solving across a diverse range of tasks.

  • Maintain oversight of the Director's portfolio to provide input and be involved in daily decision making
  • Provide high level administrative and secretarial support to the Director, such as effective calendar management
  • Assist in the creation and preparation of correspondence (such as memos), documents, and reports, ensuring they are treated with the strictest confidence
  • Provide administrative services including filing, photocopying and archiving
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with cross-functional teams and any relevant stakeholders

What do we need from you

  • Previous experience in a similar role supporting a Director, Partner, MD or General Manager
  • Advance Microsoft Office suite proficiency; particularly MS Teams, Excel, One Note and SharePoint
  • Strong organisation skills and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong calendar management skills
  • Maintain high levels of confidentiality and strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to make logical decisions and promptly action outstanding issues, use initiative and think outside the box
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential

Remuneration

  • Transparent tiered salary range of $88,900 - $98,800 (pro rata including superannuation)
