About the Role

A new opportunity for Pricing Office Assistant has become available in the Commercial department of ALDI Stores, based in Minchinbury. This is a 12-month fixed term contact position.

As a Buying Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the relevant Buying team. The successful candidate will have administrative experience in a professional environment, with a keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills. You will be a proactive individual with the ability to manage competing deadlines and work in a fast paced, dynamic environment. 

What does the role look like? 

  • Provide exceptional administrative and project coordination support
  • Collate data and generate reports to provide key metrics and insights
  • Update and maintain pricing databases and systems
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor pricing performance weekly and communicate updates.

What do we need from you

  • Proven experience in a PA or similar role
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and IT literacy
  • Draft, submit and maintain relevant documentation
  • Generate relevant reports as required 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to take on responsibility, work autonomously and be a team player
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities.

Remuneration

  • Transparent tiered salary range of $76,800 - $84,300 including Superannuation
