Looking for a good different change? We’re in need of a Procurement Assistant to join the National Real Estate department of ALDI Stores, based in Minchinbury. This is a permanent full-time position.
In this role you will be responsible for the efficient procurement of professional services within ALDI. You will work within a fast-paced corporate environment, collaborating with key internal stakeholders and external suppliers across multiple contracts and projects to secure and manage commercial agreements.
What does the role look like?
- Assist in the end-to-end procurement process including planning, sourcing, negotiating, contracting and supplier lifecycle management
- Apply sound project administration skills to manage timelines, priorities, milestones, issues and risks
- Conduct spend analysis, review supplier data, analyse market trends, identify industry benchmarks and prepare reports to influence decision-making
- Prepare tender packs and onboard suppliers using SAP Ariba
- Lead budget estimations, tender, review purchase bids, negotiate with suppliers and form recommendations for executive leadership
- Manage contract performance to drive our suppliers to meet contracted SLA’s and KPI’s
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives

- Procurement experience in property, construction, marketing, legal services or consulting highly regarded
- Demonstrated project management and planning capabilities
- Strong reporting and data analysis skills via MS Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Solution focused with the ability to problem solve and present ideas

Remuneration
- Transparent tiered salary range of $93,600 - $104,000 including Superannuation
